It's time to call in some reinforcements, don't you think?

You've got big dreams and even bigger impact to make, but as your business grows it can feel like you're constantly playing catch-up, trying to keep all the plates spinning while also showing up as the face of your brand.

Let’s close the curtain on your back-end sh*t show.

the systems specialist retainer

A little duct tape here, a little workaround there, and pretty soon your systems are barely keeping up with the business you've built.

Workflows live in your head, tools don't talk to each other, and important context goes missing because nobody's documented anything.

For all the lives you've changed and the impact you've made, don't you think it's time to swap the metaphorical duct tape for actual tools and strategies that will support your biz from the ground up?

LISTEN, I KNOW YOU DIDN'T BUILD A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS JUST TO SPEND YOUR DAYS DROWNING IN THE WEEDS.

 it's your systems, boo.

It's not you who needs a glow-up…

If you want to scale sustainably and set yourself up for long-term success, you need systems that can grow with you.

Let me reassure you, friend: that hot mess behind the scenes has nothing to do with your skills or dedication - it's just what happens when growth outpaces systems.

Sounds dreamy, right? Let's make that your reality.

Actually have time for the things that matter most - family, friends, and yourself

Scale with ease, knowing your systems can keep up

Run your biz from a place of "I got this" instead of "wait, where did I put that thing?"

Lean on a strategic systems partner who builds the moving parts behind your business (and keeps 'em moving)

Have systems that run without your constant attention

Imagine what it would feel like to...

That's what we build together. Strategy AND the implementation work - systems built around how your business runs, not how someone else thinks it should.

Because the goal isn't prettier systems. It's a business that runs with more clarity, consistency, and visibility so you can lead it instead of chase it.

Here's my hot take: the "best" systems aren't the most color-coded, automation-stacked, impressive-on-a-Loom ones. They're the ones your business can actually maintain and consistently use six months from now.

Strategic systems support, built around how your brain and business works.

as your systems specialist

here's just a taste of what I do

None of those are my zone of genius, and honestly? I'd rather connect you with the right person than be the wrong one for the job. I'm happy to refer you to people in my network who DO live in those zones.

You're hoping for a cookie-cutter template solution

You want someone to manage your team or deal with your finances

You need social media, copy, or marketing help

You're looking for inbox, calendar, or general VA-style support

This is probably not a fit if...

You want long-term support without hiring a full operations team

Too much business knowledge lives in your head

Your tools and platforms don't talk to each other

Workflows are inconsistent or overly manual

Operations feel more reactive than intentional

Your business has outgrown the systems currently holding it together

This is probably a good fit if…

With Alexis, I have somebody that I get to be creative and talk through ideas with. She always has a fresh perspective and such a clear strategy to share. I can then decide easily whether my creative idea is something I have the bandwidth to do or if I then need to delegate it to somebody else. There’s always a very clear pathway forward.

"Working with Alexis, I have a collaborator in my business. I don't feel alone."

Sound like the kind of partnership your business needs?

As your business evolves, we evolve with it - tightening what's working, adapting what's not, and layering in new systems as you grow. Day-to-day support lives in Slack so you're not living in meetings. Monthly check-ins are there when you want face time.

ONGOING

This is where the real work happens. I build out the systems, workflows, and automations your business actually needs and then pressure-test, tweak, and tighten until everything's running the way it should.

BUILD + REFINE

Contract signed, first invoice paid, calendar locked. From there, I dive into your tools, map out priorities, and build a clear picture of where we're starting and where we're headed.

ASSESS

Once we're a yes on both sides, here's what to expect:

What working together looks like...

The retainer is built around systems-first embedded support - system builds, tech, automations, documentation, and ongoing optimization. A traditional OBM role is broader (often including team management, marketing ops, etc.) and that's deliberately not what's on the menu here. If you want a fractional COO who runs your launches and manages your team, I'm not the right fit. If you want a back-end that actually runs, I'm your gal.

The retainer is structured to keep things sustainable on both sides - but you don't have to watch a clock or count your messages. It covers up to 2 active large projects per month (system builds, migrations, launches, that kind of thing) plus all the smaller ongoing stuff like workflow tweaks, automations, and strategic input. If anything ever falls outside that, I'll flag it before doing the work. Approved overflow is billed at $150/hour.

Whatever your business runs on. Notion, Dubsado, ClickUp, Airtable, Asana, Zapier, Make, Slack, and many more. If you're on a niche tool, I either know it or I'll learn it.

Let’s build what your business has been missing.
