HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM HIRING AN OBM?

The retainer is built around systems-first embedded support - system builds, tech support, automations, ongoing optimization. A traditional OBM role is broader (often including team management, marketing ops, etc.) and that's deliberately not what's on the menu here. If you want a fractional COO who runs your launches and manages your team, I'm not the right fit. If you want the back-end of your business to actually run, I'm your gal.
